PRE ORDER FAQ and UPDATES

Whats on Preorder NOW

The OG's - Preorder opened 3rd September.  Due in the country around the end of September.  Preorders usually take 4 weeks from when they are open.  

Camo tights and shorts - Due in the country around mid October. Preorders usually take 4 weeks from when they are open.

Why do you do pre orders?

To ensure we do not over order, therefore holding unwanted stock. 

When I place my preordered item together with in-stock items, will they be sent separately.

We will post your in-stock product with your preordered product together.  If you would like your in-stock item early, please place two separate orders.

How long will it take to receive my pre order?

We provide estimate timeframes. Preorders generally take about 4 weeks. Sometimes they will be here sooner or run overtime.  Below are some of the reasons if the shipment is delayed.

• Environmental
• Production delay
• General shipment delays - eg. backlogs

 

 Can I change my pre order?

When your order is placed you are unable to make changes to your order - this is because we have ordered your specific product.
