PRE ORDER FAQ
Why do you do pre orders?
To ensure we do not over order and hold too much stock, and for people to avoid the possibility of missing out. However, we do try to order a little extra so that people who prefer not to pre order will have the opportunity to purchase when items are in stock and available.
When I place my pre order and include in stock items, will they be sent separately?
No. We will post your order with your pre ordered item. If you would like your in stock items now, please place separate orders to ensure you receive within our standard delivery time frames (1-3 days).
How long will it take to receive my pre order?
We provide estimated timeframes based on the production companies feedback. At times, there can be delays that are out of our control like –

Can I change my pre order?
When your order is placed you are not able to change or make changes to your order - this is because we have ordered your specific product.
