Returns and Exchanges
We are sure you will love your evom gear - but for some reason they are not your vibe or you need to exchange see below.
- If you have ordered the wrong size you can return and exchange for another size.
- if your item is not your vibe, you can request to exchange for a different item we will offer a credit or we refund for full priced items only.
- We will not refund or credit sale or reduced items
- Item must be in same condition as received, unworn, unwashed with tag still attached and in original bag.
- Item must be returned within 15 days of receiving. Overseas returns 30 days.
- If you are overseas, you will need to cover the return shipping of $20.00 to our NZ Bank or Pay Pal Account - Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- When you return your item please enclose your name, order number and details on your return.
- We may credit or exchange - depending on stock levels.
- Head to the below link, log in or create an account and complete the return. Once actioned, post your return to our address.

If you receive your product and it is damaged or faulty send a picture to our e-mail address email@example.com and we will discuss fault with you.
If deemed faulty, we will cover the return shipping of your faulty item by refunding shipping into the account you purchased your item through. You will need to enclose your courier receipt in your package. Shipping will not be refunded for overseas orders.
