Q: Do you ship overseas?

Yes we do via DHL Duty & Tax Information Please note that all prices displayed on our website are exclusive of any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or other government charges that may apply in your country or region. As the buyer, you are fully responsible and liable for paying any such duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local customs authorities upon import. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are calculated and collected separately by your local authorities. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated duties and taxes before placing your order, as these vary by country and cannot be prepaid or estimated by us in most cases. Failure to pay these fees may result in delays or the return of your shipment. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer support team.

Returns and Exchanges

We are sure you will love your evom gear - but for some reason they are not your vibe or you need to exchange see below.

If you have ordered the wrong size you can return and exchange for another size.
If your item is not your vibe, you can request to exchange for a different item we will offer a credit or refund for full priced items only - this does not include refunding the cost of shipping.
We will not refund or credit sale or reduced items
Item must be in same condition as received - unworn, unwashed with tag still attached and in original bag.
Item must be returned within 15 days of receiving. Overseas returns 30 days.
For exchanges, If you are overseas, you will need to cover the return shipping of $20.00 to our NZ Bank or Pay Pal Account - Please e-mail us at hello@evomfitwear.com.
When you return your item please enclose your name, order number and details on your return request.
We may credit or exchange - depending on stock levels.

Faulty Item

If you receive your product and it is damaged or faulty send a picture to our e-mail address hello@evomfitwear.com and we will discuss fault with you.

If deemed faulty, we will cover the return shipping by e-mailing you a return courier docket.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
