How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We pack and ship daily Monday-Friday. Please allow for 1-4 business days for your package to arrive. Rural/non urban/South Island deliveries expect an extra 2-3 business days.

Rural shipping $12 (Free over $99).

AUS - NZ Post $20.00 - 10 working days. Free NZ post shipping if you spend over $150.00.

What is your return policy?
Returns and Exchanges
Wrong Size
If you have ordered the wrong size we will return your item and exchange it for another size. Item must be in the same condition as received (unwashed with tag still attached) Item must be returned within 15 days of purchase for local exchanges and 30 days for international.
Please post the item you wish to exchange, we cover the return shipping back to you in NZ only. For overseas, you will need to cover the return parcel - shipping must be paid into our NZ Bank or Pay Pal Account - Please contact us first for instructions at hello@evomfitwear.com.

Faulty Item
If you believe your item is faulty, send us a picture of the fault first, once agreed, post your garment along with your return slip. We will review the garment and if deemed faulty we will replace it or offer store credit. We endeavour to provide quality apparel and take full responsibility if your item is faulty.
In some cases, we may provide a return shipping label - not promised. If you are based outside of New Zealand we will cover the return shipping via reimbursement - please screenshot receipt, once the item is received we will place return shipping into your PayPal Account.
We 100% will not accept a faulty garment after 6 months of wear, after purchase. Please read the wash instructions accordingly. This is important to get the most out of your garments.
Refund
If you are unhappy with your product, we will accept your return, Item must be in the same condition as received (unwashed with the tag still attached). If this is not the case, then your item will be returned back to you. Your refund will not be processed.
It is very important when you are choosing your size, you have checked your measurements and have used the size chart to guide you.
Sales items - We will not refund or exchange sales items. We can offer a credit.
