Returns and Exchanges

We are sure you will love your evom gear - but for some reason they are not your vibe or you need to exchange see below.

  • If you have ordered the wrong size you can return and exchange for another size.
  • If returning the tights MUST not be in worn condition. If they are not we will send them back to you, if we can not resell.  NO Dog hair, stains, and must be in packaging and have tag attached.
  • If your item is not your vibe, you can request to exchange for a different item we will offer a credit or refund for full priced items only.
  • We will not refund or credit sale or reduced items   
  • Item must be in same condition as received - unworn, unwashed with tag still attached and in original bag. 
  • Item must be returned within 15 days of receiving.  Overseas returns 30 days. 
  • If you are overseas, you will need to cover the return shipping of $20.00 to our NZ Bank or Pay Pal Account - Please e-mail us at hello@evomfitwear.com. 
  • When you return your item please enclose your name, order number and details on your return request.
  • We may credit or exchange - depending on stock levels.

Please enclose your completed return form you received in your original order.  If you have lost this, please enclose your return with your order number and exchange request.

Faulty Item

If you receive your product and it is damaged or faulty send a picture to our e-mail address hello@evomfitwear.com and we will discuss fault with you.  

If deemed faulty, we will cover the return shipping by e-mailing you a return courier docket.
