Are compression tights good for running?

What are the best compression tights for Yoga?
The best compression tights for yoga combine flexible stretch with a high-waisted fit that stays in place during movement. Evom tights are moisture-wicking and squat-proof — ideal for yoga flow or hot yoga sessions.

Can I wear compression leggings all day?
Yes. Many people wear compression leggings throughout the day for support, comfort, or recovery. Just make sure the fit isn’t too tight for long-term wear.

Do compression tights help with recovery after workouts?
Yes - wearing compression leggings post-exercise can reduce soreness and speed up muscle recovery by supporting circulation.

Are your compression leggings high-waisted?
Most Evom styles are high-waisted for core support, a smoothing fit, and no slip during workouts.  The waistband has been specially made with internal paneling for more mid-secion support and hold. 

Do your compression tights have pockets?
Evom leggings include discreet side pockets. Look for “with pockets” in the product name or description.

How do I choose the right size for compression tights?
We are true to NZ/AU sizing - however if we recommend sizing up for a particular design we will advise you in the product description.  Use our sizing guide (linked on each product page). If between sizes, size down for more compression or up for comfort.

Are your compression leggings squat-proof?
Yes - all Evom tights are made from high-quality, non-sheer fabric tested for active use. You can squat, stretch, and move with confidence.

How do I wash compression tights?
Machine wash cold with similar colours. Avoid fabric softeners and high heat, air drying is best to maintain stretch and shape.

Do you offer plus-size compression tights in NZ?
Yes. Selected styles go up to size 24 (5XL) Check each product page for sizing availability

Some sizes are on preorder which is stated on the website.  These items will be due after Xmas time/Jan.

Why do preorders?  We are a small family owned business and doing preorders ensures we are not going to over order products and in turn have waste.  We also do preorders for our most popular items so that our community can lock in their size, before missing.  Our stock can sell out super fast.  Sometimes doing this can also give us an idea if we can order more during production - we have tight communication with our much lived supplier.

If i order in-stock items with a preorder item, will they be sent separately?  No. We will send all items together when the preordered item arrives.  If you would like your in-stock item early, you will need to do seperate orders - alternatively you can contact us and pay the shipping seperate to our paypal account.  Please contact us.  hello@evomfitwear.com.

Returns and Exchanges

We are sure you will love your evom gear - but for some reason they are not your vibe or you need to exchange see below.

• If you have ordered the wrong size you can return and exchange for another size.
• If returning the tights MUST not be in worn condition. If they are not we will send them back to you, if we can not resell.  NO Dog hair, stains, and must be in packaging and have tag attached.
• If your item is not your vibe, you can request to exchange for a different item we will offer a credit or refund for full priced items only.
• We will not refund or credit sale or reduced items   
• Item must be in same condition as received - unworn, unwashed with tag still attached and in original bag. 
• Item must be returned within 15 days of receiving.  Overseas returns 30 days. 
• If you are overseas, you will need to cover the return shipping of $20.00 to our NZ Bank or Pay Pal Account - Please e-mail us at hello@evomfitwear.com. 
• When you return your item please enclose your name, order number and details on your return request.
• We may credit or exchange - depending on stock levels.

Faulty Item

If you receive your product and it is damaged or faulty send a picture to our e-mail address hello@evomfitwear.com and we will discuss fault with you.  

If deemed faulty, we will cover the return shipping by e-mailing you a return courier docket.
